Darla

Picture
Darling Darla is another girl who was turned into our rescue by a couple in MS who dabbled in backyard breeding.  This purebred Golden Retriever is about 1 year old and is as pretty as a picture.

Darla is on the smaller side at 47 lbs and has a plush golden coat.  She loves toys, especially stuffies, and is often seen carrying one around in her mouth like a baby.

Darla has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and is heartworm negative.   She has been given a Proheart 6 injection that provides 6 months of heartworm prevention.

Darla has an adoption pending but she hopes you will consider one of our other deserving dogs.

Rescued dogs come with a range of needs - from behavioral to emotional to medical.  When approved applicants adopt such dogs, they agree to continue the rehabilitation we have begun.
