Making the world a brighter
place, one great dog at a time!
4/19/08: Presley is just a DOLL! He is
12-14 months old and a small boy at 40
lbs. He looks just like a miniature
Golden Retriever! He's laid back and
sort of intense at the same time! He's
pretty easy going for the most part. He
loves to be touched all the time. In fact,
he reminds our foster of a cat that just
rubs up against your legs all day and
naps at your feet! He loves to eat and
play with other dogs too! Presley has a
nice moderate activity level.

He would do well with regular and
lengthy leash walks. Presley is house
trained and ready to go! In the car he
does well....can get a little feisty! He is
great in a crate but on leash he needs a
little work. He gets underfoot a lot but
he's trying! Since he is under foot a lot,
we wouldn't recommend Presley for a
family with members who are frail or
at risk of falling. He also jumps up a bit

and can be a little "mouthy" with your fingers, so very small children would not be
best. But anyone else would be great. He's completely fearless and lovable! He's
actually been a pretty easy pup! He has no behavior problems, but he does need
some obedience training (which shouldn't be a big deal because he's really smart).

4/9/08 Presley is a young sweet boy - we think he can be no more than 12 months
old. We believe he is a Duck Toller mix. He has tested trace positive for
heartworm but due to his young age and absence of any symptoms of HW disease
we are following a vet prescribed "slow-kill" treatment approach. Stay tuned for
more info....
