Back in March of '05 my family lost our Golden Retriever Allie. She was everything to us.
We weren't sure we were ready for a new dog right away, but we found your website and
began looking. We knew we loved Golden's and Labs. So that immediately narrowed
down our search. Being the only male in my household I knew I needed a male dog.
Again, the search got even more narrow. And lastly, the name had to be just right. And
there he was, "Charlie"!
Charlie is the perfect addition to our house. He is incredible with children, adores our cat
Jelly, and is the perfect gaurd/watch dog when needed. Being the "alpha" in the house,
Charlie is by me side 24/7. I can't so much as get up to go to the bathroom, without
Charlie waking from a deep sleep to just sit outside the bathroom door.
Charlie goes everywhere with us, camping, walks, stores... He's great. He came with
many great skills and qualities. With a little love and schooling, he turned out to be the
best dog anyone could ever want.
On this Thanksgiving weekend I was reflecting of all the things my family and I are
thankful for, your organization is one of them. Thank you for bringing Charlie into our
